    Jatana is an AI Customer Service Platform that integrates Artificial Intelligence into existing operational processes, helping brands to achieve savings in terms of time and financial resources, while providing better customer experiences.

  • Who is Jatana for?

    Jatana is best suited for companies with at least 5,000 customer support requests per month.

  • What is Intelligent Process Automation (IPA)?

    Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) is the underlying technology of every action performed by Jatana. It utilizes Natural Language Processing and Conversational Automation Processing in order to understand the content in a support ticket and the underlying intent behind each ticket. It then responds accordingly in order to resolve the ticket, interfacing with the required backend systems to attain the resolution.

  • Does Jatana work in multiple languages?

    Yes, Jatana currently works in around 40 languages, with all the major ones covered.

  • How much does Jatana cost?

    We have an implementation fee and monthly subscription.

  • How long does it take to implement Jatana?

    Depending on the project scope, an AI Lite implementation usually takes around 1 to 2 months, while more complex AI Core implementations can require up to 4 to 5 months. We craft ad-hoc onboarding programs for each and every of our customers.

  • Do I need an internal AI team to use Jatana?

    Absolutely not! The platform is built with customer support reps in mind and can be used by anyone, including people with no previous knowledge of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
